I will stay in constant contact to routinely check how you are doing and offer support and guidance when needed and or wanted.
The support that I will offer as your doula has been proven to improve your birthing experience. Whether you plan to birth at home, a birthing center or in a hospital, I will be by your side through the whole process.
After birth for the immediate recovery and skin to skin time and follow up with you in your home during the postpartum period.
